MIKI LEE (b. in Seoul, Korea) received her Master of Fine Arts from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (with Edward L. Ryerson Fellowship) and her Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (with Outstanding Painting Award, and Phi Kappa Phi and Golden Key Honor Society memberships).

Her solo exhibitions include Miki Lee, LyonsWier/Ortt gallery, New York, NY; Miki Lee, San Antonio College, San Antonio, TX; Miki Lee, Davidson galleries, Seattle, WA; and Miki Lee, Klein Art Works, Chicago, IL.

She is the recipient of the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts Grant, the MacDowell Colony Fellowship, the Millay Colony Fellowship, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago Edward L. Ryerson Fellowship, Nippon Steel U.S.A., Presidential Award (Chicago, IL), and Annual Jones Invitational Award.
